Winter squashes have been a mainstay of the winter diet long before the advent of refrigeration and grocery stores. Learn from local grower Vivian Pfankuch of Jaybird Farms about the winter squashes she sells at farmers markets. Join us for a 30-minute presentation followed by tasty bites and wine from Elegant Fare.
Adult-focused program.
