Root Down Yoga's Jennifer Elliott will lead the children in a series of
stretches and poses to increase their strength, flexibility and
self-confidence. This will a fun and safe environment for children. Parents are always welcomed to observe. Ages
3 yrs - 6 yrs at 9 am for 45 minutes. Ages 7 yrs - 10 yrs at10 am for 45
