The Light The Night Walk- Mason - Cincinnati Event
September 23, 2014 - Mason

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk
funds life-saving research and support for people battling cancer. The Light
The Night Walk is an evening of hope, inspiration, and light. Friends,
families, neighbors, and co-workers form walk teams, fundraise, and celebrate
together. Illuminated lanterns of significance are carried during the 2 mile,
leisurely walk. White lanterns are carried by survivors, red lanterns are
carried by supporters, and gold lanterns are carried by teams who are walking
in memory of someone who has lost their battle. All walkers raising $100 or more receive a
Light The Night T-Shirt and illuminated lantern. The funds raised through
corporate and individual contributions help to find cures and better therapies
for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's Disease and myeloma, and to provide
information, education and support for patients and their families. Registration begins at 5:30PM and the walk
starts at 7:00PM. The event is from 5:30PM to 8:30PM.
