Maple On Tap - Cincinnati Event

Join Cincinnati Nature Center and Mt. Carmel Brewing Company for the launch of a new collaborative beer called the Maple Doppelbock! Enjoy a guided maple hike to collect sap and learn about the process of making maple syrup from maple trees. Guests will have the opportunity to sample syrup straight from the evaporator and make their way to the Krippendorf lodge where Mt. Carmel Brewing Company will share how maple syrup was used in the brewing process. Each guest will be provided with a sample of the Maple Doppelbock beer and can enjoy maple food while listening to Trailside Naturalists share fun maple facts. This event is for adults only.
