Mt. Washington School Community Health Fair - Cincinnati Event

-Mt. Washington School will host the first-ever Mt. Washington Community Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 from 3:30-6:30pm. The event is open to all students, parents, staff, and community members. The health fair will incorporate information from four healthy lifestyle choices: get screened regularly, eat healthy, keep yourself and your community safe, and exercise daily. Everything at the fair is free and for all ages. The health fair will offer free massages courtesy of Karma Wellness, free healthy snacks courtesy of The Fresh Market & Green Bean Delivery, free BMI and Blood Pressure checks, courtesy of TriHealth. Other informational and interactional booths will be available from the Cincinnati Recreation Commission, Children's Hospital, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, ThinkFirst Safety Program, American Lung Association, Arthritis Foundation, HealthSource and many more. Representatives from many organizations will be available to answer any questions or give information.
