Food Truckin' for Josh Cares is a weekday lunchtime food truck festival that is being marketed to a captive audience of thousands: the Fountain Square lunch crowd. Chefs working in these mobile kitchens prepare, cook and serve high quality, authentic cuisine to provide customers greater access to diverse food choices while saving them time and money.
While food trucks are popping up all over town on various street corners and at special events, festivals showcasing food trucks are still relatively new to Cincinnati and none have ever occurred in the heart of downtown Cincinnati during a weekday lunch hour.
