April 10, 2013 - Cincinnati

Edwards Road
Cincinnati, OH 45209
(513) 554-4944
First-time managers can learn the tricks of the trade by attending ReSource's training program on April 10. Patti Dunham and Cathleen Snyder, human resources consultants with almost 30 years of experience between them, will teach new managers how to make the transition from employee to management seamlessly. Participants will learn how to manage the impact of their new role on their existing relationships with peers and management, learn the ethical responsibilities of management, gain an understanding of legal compliance responsibilities, and learn the importance of being proactive in managing their employees' performance and how that performance can impact their own success. The seminar is part of "Building Blocks for Non-Profits," a monthly training program for non-profit organizations offered, in partnership with U.S. Bank and The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, by ReSource, a local non-profit that distributes corporate donations to member charities.
